Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Tryouts
Please be aware of our Cincinnati Attack Club Fee Policy prior to registering your son for tryouts: In September once tryouts conclude (final day for your age group) offers will begin to go out. By accepting an offer to participate, you are committing to the full financial responsibility for the entire club season. Once teams are finalized, club funds are immediately allocated toward uniforms, tournament registrations, travel expenses, and other program costs. Therefore, club fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. This includes—but is not limited to—withdrawal due to personal conflicts, dissatisfaction with team placement or coaching assignments, concerns about playing time, or injuries at any point during the season. Additionally, no refunds will be issued in the event a player quits, is suspended, or is unable to participate for any reason. All club fees must be paid in full according to the schedule outlined in your offer letter. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the use of third-party collection services or other legal means to secure payment. When you accept a team offer, you are entering a binding agreement to pay the full club fee as stated. A $500 deposit is required to accept an offer to a team. This deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE once you accept an offer. If you change your mind for any reason, we will NOT refund this deposit. If you are not prepared to make this commitment, we respectfully ask that you do not accept the offer. When you agree to a contract you will have the option to purchase optional registration insurance that can help with this risk as well. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Competitive Series
$225 fee includes all 5 dates of the competitive series. There are no discounts or refunds for missed days.
Individual Lessons
Individual Lessons are $80/hour. Payment is accepted day of the lesson in cash or check only. No refunds.
Position specific clinics
Payment collected at the door - cash or check only $80 / player (Per clinic). No refunds once paid.
Summer Teams
No refunds once payment has been made
Summer Camp Coach Jake
Cost for all 3 days is $150 - no online payments accepted. Please bring $150 cash or check to the door on your first day. No refunds accepted once paid.
JVA & JVB HS tournament
