The entire club will be staying at the Omni William Penn.



Booking instructions for Nike Steel Hotels:

1.     Click on the link above.

2.     Enter the email address of the person who created the reservation: katylynnsamuels@gmail.com

3.     Enter Reservation Number: 196978

4.     A summary of your reservation will appear.

5.     Under Remaining Rooms, select an available room type. Fill in the mandatory fields.

For the guest list section, enter all names staying in the room, including children. Make this as accurate as possible for check-in and security purposes.

6.     Enter a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation for arrival at the hotel.

No one has access to your credit card information except for the hotel. AES website is secure using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

7.     Click Continue.

8.     Read and acknowledge the Hotel Cancellation Policy.

9.     Pay the non-refundable AES Booking Fee.

10. Click Pay to complete the reservation.

January 9, 2025, at 5 pm EST: Last day for reservations, changes, and cancellations

* Nike Steel City Boy's Championship Housing will accept reservations, changes, and cancellations up until this date. After this date, allow 7-10 days for the hotel to process your confirmation number. Changes cannot be made during this time.

* Upon receipt of the confirmation number, changes and cancellations must go through the hotel directly; charges may apply.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY* Please handle late changes and cancellations 7 days before scheduled arrival to avoid applicable charges. WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ROOM CONFIRMATION NUMBER BEFORE CONTACTING THE HOTEL.

You can review/modify/cancel your reservation online before the final Housing deadline by following the directions below:

4. A summary of the reservation will appear.

5. Click on your assigned room number within the block.

6. If you need to make a change, click on the button that states “Contact Housing Director.”

7. Follow the prompts to request your change. Please be sure to include your name, room number, and phone number or email address.

8. Click Submit to send your request.

9. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure the request was received and processed by the stated deadline.

A Booking Fee is being applied when booking a hotel room. This fee will aide in the continued technological advancement and efficiency of the housing portion of SportsEngine AES and is intended to help reduce the number of overbooked rooms and cancellations for events. The Booking Fee will be applied at the time individual rooms are reserved, and the fee will not be applied if a room is reserved as a waitlist request.

AM WAVE (8:00am) : 18 OPEN (18 Black & 18 Red), 18 PREMIER (18 Gold), 18 CLUB (18 White), 17 OPEN (17 Black & 17 Red), 16 OPEN (16 Black & 16 Red), 14 PREMIER (14 Red)

PM WAVE (2:30pm) : 17 CLUB (17 Gold & 17 White), 16 PREMIER, 16 CLUB (16 Gold & 16 White), 15 OPEN (15 Black), 15 PREMIER (15 Red), 15 CLUB (15 Gold), 14 OPEN (14 Black), 14 CLUB (14 Gold), 12 BOYS

All spectators must be wearing a wristband to gain access to the area where the courts are at. We will have security monitoring the door checking for wristbands. Wristbands must be worn and not attached to a bag. Putting your wristband on a purse, bag, or anywhere other than your wrist will result in denied entry to the playing area. There are no replacements for lost or forgotten wristbands. If you lose your wristband, leave it at home, leave it in your hotel room, etc., you will need to purchase another one.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason. Wristbands must be worn at all times on your wrist, not attached to a bag or clothing.

Children 9 and Under: Free

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Home Town Ticketing once again in 2025 to offer the option of purchasing your wristband(s) with Credit Card.

Cash will also be accepted for on-site purchases.

Parking is available at the hotel for $45/day. The playing site is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel.

Spectator Seating

Chairs are provided around all courts. No outside portable or folding chairs are permitted at any site.

Concessions and Outside Food

There will be concessions available throughout each day located on the concourse of Hall B. There will be no outside food allowed into the convention center. The Convention Center has a “No Cooler Policy”. Participants and spectators will not be permitted to bring cooler, bags of food, etc. into any part of the Convention Center. Please inform all players, parents and coaches of this policy. This No Cooler Policy is not being controlled by GK Sports. It is a Convention Center Policy. Tournament Staff will not answer any questions concerning this policy. All questions and comments about this policy should be directed to Convention Center staff.

Prohibited Items

• Weapons of any type
• Personal seats and chairs
• Coolers
• Personal transportation devices (hoverboard, skateboard, etc.)
• Oversized bags or luggage
• Outside food and drink
• All tobacco products (including e-cigarettes and vaping products)
• Alcoholic beverages
• Loud noise makers, including music, sound systems not using headphones
• Balloons
• Outside commercial photographers or professional videography
• Other items as determined by the event staff
