BOOKING DEADLINE: ALL ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED BY OCTOBER 27TH AT 5 PM EST

The entire club will be staying at Hyatt Regency Columbus - Downtown 

When you book your room it will default to a Friday check-in with a Monday checkout. If you wish to drive up Saturday morning, go ahead and book the room first with the 3 nights. Then once you are finished click on ROOMING LIST - then find your room and click on the # next to your reservation to open and edit it. You are able to edit your check-in date here.

Booking instructions for Nike Classic Hotels:

1.     Click on the link above.

2.     Enter the email address of the person who created the reservation: katylynnsamuels@gmail.com

3.     Enter Reservation Number: 200408

4.     A summary of your reservation will appear.

5.     Under Remaining Rooms, select an available room type. Fill in the mandatory fields.

For the guest list section, enter all names staying in the room, including children. Make this as accurate as possible for check-in and security purposes.

6.     Enter a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation for arrival at the hotel.

No one has access to your credit card information except for the hotel. AES website is secure using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

7.     Click Continue.

8.     Read and acknowledge the Hotel Cancellation Policy.

9.     Pay the non-refundable AES Booking Fee.

10. Click Pay to complete the reservation.

ROOMING LIST DEADLINE: OCTOBER 27, 2024, AT 5:00PM EST

- All rooms must have at least one occupant's name and Credit Card information.

- Unoccupied rooms will be canceled and made available to other teams.

- Additional reservations are based on availability.

CONFIRMATION NUMBERS will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.

*Upon receipt of the confirmation number, changes and cancellations must go through the hotel directly; charges may apply.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

* Please handle any late changes and cancellations 7 days before scheduled arrival to avoid applicable charges. WAIT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ROOM CONFIRMATION NUMBER BEFORE CONTACTING THE HOTEL.

You can review/modify/cancel your reservation online before the final Housing deadline by following the directions below:

1. Go to https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/reservations/manage/lookup

2. Enter the e-mail address of the person who made the group reservation. katylynnsamuels@gmail.com

3. Enter the Reservation # 200408

4. A summary of the reservation will appear.

5. Click on your assigned room number within the block.

6. If you need to make a change, click on the button that states “Contact Housing Director.”

7. Follow the prompts to request your change. Please be sure to include your name, room number, and phone number or email address.

8. Click Submit to send your request.

9. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure the request was received and processed by the stated deadline.

First, please send the Admissions link out to your parents ASAP & encourage your parents to buy now!!! We promise you, your families will greatly appreciate being able to pick up wristbands Friday evening (4pm-8pm), rather than wait in line Saturday morning while grouchy, without coffee :)

• Columbus Fury will be taking on Indy Ignite, both of the PVF (Pro Volleyball Federation) at Nationwide Arena at 7:00pm Saturday, January 18^th! This can be a great team bonding opportunity or family outing for those available to attend!
